What is a Distributor Day?
A Distributor Day is exactly what it sounds like: a chance to get hands-on with the products we distribute, with the manufacturer’s own team in the room. Datasheets and product photos only tell you so much – there is no substitute for opening a cabinet, handling the kit, and asking the engineers and sales specialists the awkward questions about your specific application. The format is deliberately informal: drop in between 10am and 2pm, stay as long as you like, and there is tea, coffee and food on site.
Who should attend?
Days like this are aimed at anyone who specifies, purchases or installs LV and MV distribution equipment – contractors, consultants, panel builders, DNO and IDNO engineers, and facilities teams alike. Whether you are weighing up an SF6-free switchgear strategy, planning distribution board requirements for an upcoming project, or simply want to put faces to the names you deal with, you will find people in the room worth talking to.

The branch is the newest addition to the Cable Services Group and gives customers across Surrey, Hampshire and the wider South East local access to our full range of low, medium and high voltage cable, cable accessories, jointing systems and technical support – with the stock depth and service the group has been known for since 1971.
