The branch serving the North West

Our Liverpool branch has been part of the group’s network for decades, serving contractors, utilities and industrial customers across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and the wider North West. It carries the group’s specialist range – low, medium and high voltage cable, jointing and termination systems, earthing, tooling and consumables – with the backing of the group’s central distribution hub in Wrexham for anything beyond the local shelves. Recently the branch has been investing in extra capacity to serve its customers even better, and the team featured in the video above are the people making that happen.

Experience you can hear in the first phone call

What sets a branch apart is rarely the shelving – it is the people answering the phone. Liverpool is a good example of the group’s long-service culture: branch stalwart Gary Smith recently celebrated thirty years with the company, and the team around him blends that deep experience with newer colleagues learning the trade the same way generations have before them.
