3M Cold Shrink Inline Joints for Low Voltage Polymeric Cables

3M™ Cold Shrink LC Series Joints have been designed for multi core Low Voltage Power – Cables up to and including 1.9/3.3kV. Also suitable for some multi pair cables – Designed for flexible or trailing cables, Cable Tray applications, and Indoor applications – Suitable for Cable Type XLPE/PVC Insulated, Steel Wire Armoured, PVC Sheathed Cables,with or without a lead sheath – Additional mechanical protection may be required for direct burial.

TE Connectivity 36kV Busbar Insulation Tubing – BBIT

TE Connectivity’s (TE) Raychem BBIT thick-wall, heat shrink tubing provides insulation enhancement and protection against flashover and accidentally induced discharge. Particularly useful in con fined spaces, TE’s Raychem BBIT tubing can be used on both circular and rectangular copper or aluminium busbars. On application of heat, the tubing shrinks snugly over the busbar profile ensuring that the required minimum wall thickness is obtained. The BBIT tubing can be installed easily during large scale production using an oven or in the field using a gas torch or hot air. The BBIT tubing is manufactured from a halogen-free based polymer which has excellent performance in high voltage environments and reduces the noxious and corrosive effects in fire situations. The use of the BBIT tubing allows equipment designers the freedom to reduce air spacing between busbars such as in the manufacture of switchgear cabinets where space is at a premium. The BBIT tubing provides flashover protection up to 36 kV.

TE Connectivity 25kV Busbar Insulation Tubing – BPTM

TE Connectivity’s (TE) Raychem BPTM medium-wall, heat shrink tubing provides insulation enhancement and protection against flashover and accidentally induced discharge. Particularly useful in confined spaces, the BPTM tubing can be used on both circular and rectangular copper or aluminium busbars. On application of heat, the tubing shrinks snugly over the busbar profile, ensuring that the required minimum wall thickness is obtained. TE’s Raychem BPTM tubing can be installed easily during large scale production using an oven or in the field using a gas torch or hot air. TE Connectivity 1 kV Busbar Insulation Tubing – LVIT

TE Connectivity’s (TE) Raychem black, medium-wall, flame retardant heat shrink LVIT tubing is suitable for insulating busbars up to 1 kV. This highly flexible tubing can be used on a variety of curved and bent busbars of both circular and rectangular cross-section. TE’s Raychem LVIT tubing can be easily installed in a factory environment using an oven or in the field using a gas torch or hot air. The LVIT is manufactured in UV resistant material, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The LVIT tubing is suitable for both enclosed and exposed busbars and for connections in switchgear, substations, motor control centres and other electrical equipment.

nVent Raychem CCE Cold Lead Connection and End Seal Kit

nVent RAYCHEM CCE series are cold lead connection and end seal kits for use with select nVent RAYCHEM self-regulating trace heating cables with modified polyolefin or Fluoropolymer outer jacket and cold lead cables with overall diameter between 6-11 mm. Each kit contains crimps, heat shrinkable sleeves and end seals. Requires wire stripping and a heat gun.

TE Connectivity Armour Earthing Kit

Wire Armour in paper or plastic cables can be effectively terminated to earth by mwans of mechanical clamping rings. Heat shrinkable tubing for corrosion protection and an insulated copper conductor for earth connection are also included.
